Digital Account Managers are generally responsible for planning, developing and managing clients’ digital strategy to improve their web presence and achieve their digital marketing goals. In addition, they are responsible for building and managing relationships with existing and potential clients.

Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
  • Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Have a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM, Video, Social etc.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
  • Present social media strategies to clients.
  • Report on web performance metrics.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations and communications.
  •  Analyse campaign results and carrying out optimization if needed.
  • Compile reports as required.
  •  Maintaining a strong team.

Qualification/Experience needed

  • Proven  2 to 4 work experience as a Digital Account manager.
  • Digital native, expertise in all Digital channels: PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Programmatic, etc.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Experience in participating in new business pitches
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
