Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector/Digital marketing sector
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skill
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus

  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with clients at senior level.
  • A thorough understanding of how digital fits into and complements general marketing strategies.
  • Experience in participating in new business pitches
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Write, edit, and produce a report on local film screenings, film festivals,  cultural festivals, and fashion events.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with industry professionals and contacts.
  • Occasionally responsible for arranging the show’s rundown in the absence of the managing editor.
