Over the past 20 years, the social media landscape has exploded with numerous options and opportunities for marketers to connect with the masses. So numerous, in fact, that it can be overwhelming. That’s where we come in. SocialPulsar has been helping small-medium-enterprise businesses engage with customers through social media marketing and management since 2015. From content creation, to SEO, SEM and online reputation management we cover the gamut of client needs to generate real results through digital marketing. Our work has not gone unrecognized. SocialPulsar has been discovered by Clutch, a marketing research firm based in Washington, D.C., that focuses on business-to-business digital marketing agencies. They find and evaluate agencies based on a proprietary methodology that includes a dozen qualitative and quantitative factors. Those that make the cut are included in Clutch’s extensive directory of digital marketing agencies. We’re gratified to be among the agencies featured on Clutch’s site. Part of Clutch’s analysis includes direct, one-on-one, interviews with agency clients. These third-party, unfiltered, interviews reveal key insights into the client/agency relationship. It’s important information for other potential clients to see—and also useful to the agencies. The input we received was very useful to us, revealing the importance that analysis plays in driving client satisfaction. As one client, a web development company, said: “We focus a lot on reporting with which we feel they are doing a good job.” Another client, a video marketing startup said: “I can see that the number of views to our pages have gone up. We have seen some increase in the inbound leads coming to us.” That’s the kind of feedback that lets us know what we do is working and generating the kind of results our clients need to keep their businesses in business.
